Alec and Hilaria Baldwin have put their sprawling Hamptons home back on the market for $21 million.

According to property records, the couple re-listed their five-bedroom, seven-bathroom modern farmhouse on Dec. 3, more than one year after they pulled it off the market in July 2024. The Amagansett, N.Y., property has famously served as the backdrop for the pair’s TLC reality show The Baldwins, which offered an inside look at their family life with their seven children.

Their decision to sell the home comes after Alec, 67, told the New York Times in August that his kids would go “crazy” if they ever left.

“We keep coming back here because the kids are very happy. They love it here. When I go up to the kids and go, ‘Want to sell the house?’, they go crazy,” he said at the time. “It’s a kid’s home that I never want to leave.”

After multiple price cuts, Alec and Hilaria, 41, later pulled it in September 2023, but then re-listed it for $19 million in January 2024.

At the time of that listing, Alec starred in a promotional real estate video highlighting his home’s best features in hopes of finding a buyer. The couple reportedly accepted an offer on the home later that year, but ended up deciding to keep it, according to the Times.

Currently, Scott Bradley of Saunders & Associates holds the listing.

The massive property is spread out across five acres of land and overlooks three acres of agricultural reserve. The space offers interested buyers room for expansion, including flexibility to build a guest house, according to the listing.

Inside the home, there’s a library, movie theater and wine-tasting room, while the outdoor areas feature a spa-like pool and a fenced vegetable garden.

Alec first purchased the sprawling property for $1.75 million in 1995, according to the Times. He told the outlet that he wasn’t sure about the location when he first purchased it, but later grew to “love” it and ended up making multiple upgrades to his home over the last few decades.

“When I looked at this property, no one moved north of Montauk Highway and spent any money,” Alec said of his current residence, which was considered to be in a less desirable part of the Hamptons at the time. “So when I bought it, I thought, I probably have to get rid of it because it was a mistake. But several years went by, and I’m like, ‘This is great. I love it because it’s private.’”

He later expanded the property in 1996 and had a 20-by-50-foot pool installed in the backyard. After he and Hilaria wed in 2012, the couple added another 1,400 square feet of space.
