1. Shipping Methods
We offer several shipping methods to meet your needs. Shipping times and costs depend on the delivery address, order size, and shipping method chosen during checkout. The available shipping options are:

Delivery is typically free for orders over a certain amount (see below for more details). -
Expedited Shipping:
Estimated delivery time: 2-4 business days
This shipping method is available for an additional charge, which will be calculated at checkout. -
Express Shipping:
Estimated delivery time: 1-2 business days
This is the fastest shipping option and will be offered at a premium cost, calculated during checkout.
2. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the delivery location and the shipping method selected. The final shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you complete your order.

Free Standard Shipping:
Orders over $75 qualify for free standard shipping within the continental United States. This offer is available on eligible products and will be applied automatically at checkout. -
International Shipping:
We do offer international shipping to select countries. Shipping fees and delivery times for international orders will vary depending on the destination and the shipping method chosen. Any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.
3. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Please note that processing times are separate from shipping times and may vary depending on the time of day the order is placed, weekends, and holidays.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.
- If you place an order that includes a pre-order item, your entire order may be delayed until the pre-order item is available for shipment.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to check the status of your order through our website or the carrier’s tracking system.

6. Shipping Restrictions
- P.O. Boxes: We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
- International Shipments: Customers outside of the United States may experience longer shipping times and additional customs processing. Please note that Smartopix is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing or international shipping carriers.
7. Lost or Damaged Items

- Damaged Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item for a full refund or exchange.
- Lost Packages: In the event your package is lost in transit, we will file a claim with the carrier. If the claim is approved, we will resend the item or issue a refund.
